• Formation Sampling and Analysis:

SCARLET Units are fitted with the latest equipment for formation sampling and analysis. These equipment include; Gas detectors for early kick detection, Calcimetry Analysis, fluoroscopy, gas bags for sampling (used in wireline

• Gas Sampling and Analysis:

SCARLET provides along with its Mudlogging Unit, the most advanced Gas sampling detection systems, Mocon Baseline series 9000 Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer (THA) and Mocon Baseline series 8900 and 9100 Gas Chromatograph and Quantitative Gas Measurement System (QGM).

• Depth Monitoring Equipment:

Depth is monitored through our Rotary Depth Encoder System, which is configured to work with the rig draw works system, thereby tracking every position of the drill string driven by either the Kelly drive or Power Drive rig system.

• Time based Well data logging:

Scarlet Mudlogging Unit time base data is stored every 10 seconds with option of 1 second and 5 seconds at Clients’ request.

• Depth based Well data logging:

Scarlet Mudlogging Unit depth base data is stored every 1foot with a display of parameters.

• Geological And Engineering Well data Analysis:

SCARLET Mudlogging Geologists and engineers are backed by advanced automated data logging systems, which can be configured to display and record sensor information in both depth and time-based formats. Our system allows access to the well databases for analysis by individual authorized client users. Our standard services include ADT, basic mud logging, and integrated MWD (LWD)/ Wireline and mud logging Service. Third party or contractor’s data (MWD and Wireline data) can be easily integrated with mud logging data such as gas chromatography, and sample evaluation at the wellsite to provide enhanced formation evaluation.

• Real Time Well data Visualization:

The Scarlet Mudlogging Unit is equipped network infrastructure that allows for real-time display of well data in different data view, both numeric and graphical. This view could also be delivered to remote users via the internet web browsers or through a configured Virtual private Network (VPN) infrastructure.

• Engineering Assistance Program:

In addition to plotting, the following real-time Engineering Assistance Program is available: “Optimized Hydraulic” is an interactive program, which allows optimization of bit and annular hydraulics. It may be run using current or operator input data. A clear graphics display shows conditions for insufficient hole cleaning or turbulence as well as bit power and impact force at varying flow rates. “Surge and Swab” calculates optimal casing and drill string running speeds. “Well Kill” is a real-time well control program. Pump strokes, standpipe pressure, casing pressure, and mud density are measured on-line. The estimated and actual progress of kill mud, predicted pressures for salt water and gas kicks along with actual pressures and estimated kick fluid are displayed in real time.
